Winchester School Of Art
Some 280 final-year artists, designers and creative professionals were preparing to showcase their work at this year’s Winchester School of Art BA degree show.
As in previous years, the 2013 show (17-23 June) transformed the campus into an exhibition space for a range of exciting and challenging new works including sophisticated fashion pieces, vibrant textile designs, illustrations and animations, large-scale sculptures and interactive digital installations. In the last few years, Winchester School of Art have used Dufaylite Ultra Boards to create exhibition displays for the show.
Each year students are fully involved in the preparation for the show. Using clamps the boards create effective display areas for the students work. The main advantage of the Ultra Board is their lightweight nature, so recently we designed and created a self-assembly Ultra Board plinth ustilising Ultra Board¹s cutting service. Winchester School of Art has also had the benefit of creating high quality prints directly onto the boards using their inhouse trade print service.
